A COVID Safe Event
We want everyone to have a safe and enjoyable experience.
Please remember to stay home if you are feeling unwell. Illuminate Adelaide will be delivered under approved COVID Safe plans and in adherence to strict guidelines as set out by SA Health.
At every Illuminate Adelaide event, you must follow the directions given by COVID Marshals.
COVID Safe Steps
Stay home if you are unwell.
All patrons are required to scan in using the COVID SAfe Check-In QR code or provide their details on paper records upon entry.
Be aware of your surroundings and maintain physical distance, even at outdoor events.
Practise good hand hygiene.
Illuminate Adelaide is excited to be lighting up a wide variety of spaces across Adelaide. We ask that you respect the conditions of entry and any direction given by staff upon your arrival.
Contact Tracing Details
It is a condition of purchase that correct contact information is provided when prompted during the booking process. This is an important part of keeping our community safe from COVID-19 as part of contact tracing.
These details will only be made available to SA Health should the need arise.

Each individual event page states whether masks are required.
COVID Safe Updates
All events will be delivered in adherence to COVID Safe requirements at the time of the event. We ask that you stay up to date before your visit and keep an eye out for communications relating to ticketed events.
Refunds and Exchange Policy
In accordance with Live Performance Australia’s Code Under COVID-19 conditions, if you feel unwell or exhibit symptoms of COVID-19 you can request a refund. If you are travelling from interstate and are impacted by COVID restrictions you can request a refund. In the unlikely event that Illuminate Adelaide cannot proceed due to COVID-19, you will receive a refund.
