What to Wear

Augmented Games is an immersive event with physical activity required. Please dress appropriately in comfortable clothing and footwear. There is no cloakroom for this event.

Companion Cards must be produced on request.

Please be advised this event is immersive with physical activity required and this interactive arena contains flashing lights and projection-mapped strobing patterns that may not be suitable for photosensitive participants.

If you or someone in your group has sensory sensitivities or photosensitive epilepsy, please consider booking one of our dedicated Relaxed Sessions.

Children Supervision

All children under 15 must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or adult guardian at all times.

Conditions of Entry & Ticketing

Illuminate Adelaide reserves the right to refuse admission or eject from the venue any person if it believes their presence is likely to cause a nuisance, disturbance, or threat to other patrons, the venue, or its employees.

Illuminate Adelaide reserves the right to refuse entry to the holder of tickets that have been on-sold without our permission.

You agree to provide correct contact details when purchasing tickets for Illuminate Adelaide. Providing contact details is a Condition of Sale. This also applies to complimentary tickets and staff tickets. If people are unwilling to provide their contact details, they will be refused entry.

Photos & Photography Equipment

Patrons consent to being included in any photography, film, and/or sound recordings within the event or its surrounds and grant the right to this information being used by Illuminate Adelaide or by third parties directly associated with the event for future marketing or promotional purposes.

Take as many photos as you wish with your phone however due to the size and obstruction of lenses, professional photography and videography equipment will not be permitted.

Prohibited Items

All oversized bags will be inspected by staff on arrival. Please note that animals (with the exception of assistance dogs), chairs, eskies, BYO alcohol, professional photo and video equipment, tripods, and drones are all prohibited.
