We’re back again to illuminate one of the largest undercover fresh produce markets in the Southern Hemisphere, the legendary Adelaide Central Market from 03-18 July!

Step into a world where interactive roving artists, Mirror Me by Fresh Creative Entertainment, bring the Illuminate experience to you through spontaneous movement and dance. Catch them on Friday 03 & Friday 17 July from 5:30pm. 

Relax on the mesmerising art installation …please have a seat! from the German art studio lichtbankobjekte by M+V. Sit down to rest your legs or just immerse yourself in the Illuminate fun inside Adelaide’s favourite food hub. This installation is kindly supported by The Channel 7 Children’s Research Foundation. 

An array of stallholders have also come on board as the Adelaide Central Market returns as an Illuminate Host for 2026. Expect no less than world class dishes, drinks and incredible produce.

Treat yourself at Illuminate After Dark, a brand-new event presented with Smelly Cheese Co, and enjoy a rare and intimate tasting of exceptional cheeses, French caviar, oysters, Champagne and wines hosted by Valérie Henbest.

This is going to be an unforgettable celebration of light, art, and flavour!
