How do I book?
The best way to grab your tickets is online. Simply click the BOOK button on each event to be directed to its official and authorised ticket seller.

Our friendly staff are happy to answer any queries and help you find the right ticketing agency for the event you’re after. Call us on 1300 496 623 and we’ll point you in the right direction.
Illuminate Adelaide will have box offices set up at select events during select opening hours. We will provide more information on box office hours closer to the event. To help keep you COVID Safe, all box offices will be cashless.
To keep our event COVID Safe and reduce our environmental footprint, all tickets will be emailed and can be scanned by venue staff from your phone. If you prefer to print out your tickets at home, make sure you place them in the correct recycling bin afterwards.
Unauthorised Ticket Sellers
Be safe and only purchase tickets through our trusted ticketing agencies. Tickets purchased through unauthorised resellers such as eBay, Viagogo, Gumtree, Marketplace or similar platforms may be fraudulent and will not guarantee entry to our events.

Children (under 18); patrons holding a Pensioner Concession Card, Centrelink Health Care card, Seniors Card or Veteran Card; and Full-time students. Proof of valid concession may be requested at the time of purchase and may be required upon entry to the venue.
Illuminate Adelaide is an affiliate of Companion Card. Companion Card holders are entitled to a second ticket at no cost to all Illuminate Adelaide events for their companion. To book please contact the event's ticketing provider.

Illuminate Discussion is a free event and a Companion Card is not required.
Fees and Charges
Advertised ticket prices are in $AUD and include GST where applicable. Advertised ticket prices are exclusive of credit card Merchant Service fees (MSF). The MSF is calculated at 2% of the entire dollar value of each order. The MSF is the only transaction fee "outside" or " in addition" to the transaction.
Illuminate Adelaide is a cashless event.
Contact Tracing Details
It is a condition of purchase that correct contact information is provided when prompted during the booking process. This is an important part of keeping our community safe from COVID-19 as part of contact tracing. These details will only be made available to SA Health should the need arise. All patrons are required to scan in using the COVID SAfe Check-In QR code or provide their details on paper records on entry.
In accordance with Live Performance Australia’s Code of Practice for Event Ticketing, event management does not offer refunds for the following reasons:
Failure to attend the event
Change of mind
Changes to the line-up/program
Inclement/severe weather (this is an all-weather event)
Refused entry or eviction from the event
Fear of exposure to COVID-19
