10 MINUTE DANCE PARTIES

Welcome to the fastest dance session of your life where your time starts…NOW!

Enjoy a celebration of art, colour, costume, and community in this all-ages party with only one catch: you only have 10 minutes to dance! There will be world record attempts, move competitions, dedications, interpretations, and ventures into the unknown. So, start stretching out those hamstrings.

Sessions running every 20 minutes that Base Camp is open.

ROVING: ILLUMINATED ANGELS

Let there be light! Burdened with the safe-keeping of souls, these Illuminated Angels communicate only with their heart on their travels through Illuminate Adelaide. Surreal, visually stunning and playful, these floating benevolent beings bestow light and joy wherever they land. Departing from Base Camp on the first and final weekend, be sure to try and find them on your City Lights journey!

It’s better to be an RAA member at Illuminate Adelaide. Come visit the RAA Lounge at the entrance to Base Camp! From Thursday to Sunday this warm and cosy space is exclusively open to RAA members from 5:00pm to close.
