The Immersive Table by ILA is a communal dining experience that redefines dining through a five-course degustation that is an exploration of the senses and surroundings. Set in The Lab, where 50sqm of LED screens and immersive effects transport you to new scenes, each course unfolds in harmony with an evolving visual and sonic journey.

Live music from acclaimed cellist Hilary Kleinig—an innovative composer, creative producer, and educator—will be seamlessly paired with each course and scene, deepening the connection between sound, taste, and atmosphere.

For those seeking a plant-based indulgence, a special vegan menu only night offers a unique celebration of seasonal and sustainable ingredients, of which Executive Chef Robin Wagner is renowned.
